Shipping and Returns

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates and options are calculated based on the size and weight of the item. We offer free standard shipping on orders to the US. Add items to your shopping cart and enter your shipping information to see available options and rates. We ship most orders via USPS domestically and internationally. UPS is available within the United States. Other options will be displayed in your cart. Contact us for special shipping requirements.

How long does shipping take?

Orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday ship the same day if in stock. Stock availability is shown at the bottom of each product page.

Domestic Shipments:

  • USPS First Class: 3-7 business days
  • USPS Priority: 2-5 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail Express: 1-2 days
  • UPS Ground: 2-6 business days
  • UPS 2nd Day Air: Arrives in 2 business days if placed before 2pm MT
  • UPS Next Day Air Saver: Arrives in 1 business day if placed before 2pm MT

International Shipments:

  • USPS First Class International: 6-8 weeks (Most countries: 10-20 days). Tracking stops after leaving the U.S.
  • USPS Priority International: 10-30 days (Most packages: 10-14 days). Better tracking available.
  • USPS Express International: 4-14 days (Available in select countries).

Note: Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. 

Do you collect VAT or taxes on international orders?

No, we do not collect taxes or VAT on international shipments. Utah residents pay sales tax. Buyers are responsible for import duties and fees. Contact your local authorities for details.

Can you mark a package as a gift or lower the value?

No, we cannot reduce the declared value on international shipments.

Can I change my shipping type after placing an order?

No, once an order is placed, the shipping type cannot be changed. If you need faster shipping, we may cancel your order so you can place a new one.

Who is responsible for incorrect addressing?

We print addresses exactly as entered. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. If the order has shipped, we wait for the package to be returned before resolving the issue.

What if my package shows delivered but I don’t have it?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. Check with neighbors, mailboxes, and apartment offices. USPS shipments do not require a signature. File a claim with USPS at Missing Mail.

I received the wrong item. What should I do?

We apologize for any errors. Email email@drpedal.com with your order number and details. We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days. Items must be in new condition with original packaging. Restocking fees may apply. Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless we made an error. Defective items follow the manufacturer’s warranty process.
